Check-in begins at 2 p.m. Check-out by 11 a.m. At any time, you can store your luggage at the reception and enjoy a carefree day exploring the heart of Florence.
Of Course! Our front desk is manned 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you anticipate arriving late, please let us know in advance.
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Maestro and Debit cards.
The hotel is entitled to verifying the validity of the credit card provided as guarantee for the reservation, by requesting pre-authorization equal to the rate of the first night’s stay. This is not a charge and is immediately released. Your card will only be charged at check-out.
If you cancel your reservation by 6 PM the day before your arrival, you will not incur any penalty. Cancellations made after this time will result in a charge for the first night of your stay. Please review the cancellation policies carefully at the time of booking, as they may vary based on the rate and offers you choose.
Free Wi-Fi is offered in all areas. In the lobby, you'll find two brand-new iMacs, available for guests to use free of charge.

Yes, our team is always happy to arrange personalized trips and excursions, either in groups or with a private guide, both within Florence and the surrounding areas. Our staff is fluent in several languages, including English, French, German, Spanish, and even some Japanese.
We do not have our own parking garage. Nearby the hotel, you'll find a secure garage offering a convenient pick-up and drop-off service. The cost is € 40 per day, including valet parking. Alternatively, you can find a public garage just 5 minutes away for € 20 per night.
Yes, all rooms are air conditioned or heated, depending on the season.
We are delighted to welcome small pets during your stay. If you're traveling with your pet, please let our staff know in advance to ensure you both receive the warmest welcome. A €100 deposit is required at check-in, which we'll happily refund at check-out as long as everything is in good order.
