We enjoyed your hotel and would recommend it to anyone. We had great service and the entire staff was very helpful. The room was beautiful and everything we needed. If I am able to return to Florence I would definitely stay at your hotel again.

This is the third time I've visited Florence. Orto de Medici made our stay very special because of its history. Residing in a place where creative geniuses were nurtured helped me connect to the beauty of the city of Florence. A warm thank you to the staff and management for making my week's vacation the most treasured in my heart.

My husband, nine year old daughter and I stayed at the Orto de Medici for three nights in May. We were really pleased with our room. It was clean and spacious -the bathroom as well. The breakfast was good. We had a large assortment of cereals, fruits and croissants and breads to choose from. The hotel has a very nice terrace and small garden. We commented in amazement that the terrace was so quiet considering the hotel is located in a busy area - as are all the Florence hotels I assume. After sightseeing we played endless tournaments of Uno on the terrace. We only wished that the hotel had had a restaurant.Otherwise we were very pleased with the hotel and its great location.

We had a wonderful stay ! Our room, 45, had fantastic views from the balcony of the Duomo, rooftops and hills. It was an easy walk to everything Florence has to offer. The courtyard garden and terrace, as well as the hotels public rooms are beautiful and very tastefully decorated. Thanks for a memorable stay.
