I had the great pleasure to stay at this hotel in early Marzo of 2010. Located but a short stroll from the famous San Lorenzo. The staff, especially Raquel at front desk are so very kind. The hearty breakfast with cortile garden view prepares one well for your adventure ahead. I do recommend this special hotel and the trattorias hidden in the nearby streets.

We stayed at Hotel Orto De' Medici for three nights in February 2010 and thoroughly enjoyed it.

The room we chose was modern and quiet (off the courtyard on the ground floor), the staff was courteous and the complimentary breakfasts were tasty.

And the hotel is centrally located for the Duomo and the rest of the city's sites.

We stayed at the Hotel Orto de Medici from 11 Feb - 14 Feb, 2010. What a beautiful place. Our room was fantastic. Very spacious, the bathroom was top notch, very roomy and clean with all the beautiful Marble. The shower was fantastic!

The breakfast buffet was delicious and wonderful for a continental breakfast.

We would recommend this hotel very highly and will certainly return here if we ever get back to Florence!
