Throughout our entire stay in Italy the hotel was the best we had the privilege to stay in. It was like sleeping in a four and five star hotel. The room was remarkable and service also friendly and helpful. It was the most relaxing stay of our trip. So nice to come back in the evening to unwind! We thank you.

We had a wonderful and comfortable stay at Orto de' Medici Hotel. The front desk, especially the young lady, was very helpful and friendly. We highly recommend it!

This hotel was just right for us in all ways but one. The location was perfect, the rooms were very comfortable, the breakfast was quite good and most of the receptionists were very helpful. Also it was very reasonably priced. However, the night before we were to leave, we requested a wake up call and never received it. If I had not wakened from an ambulance siren, we would have missed our plane. The is a glaring mistake for a hotel, especially when there are no clocks in the room. Even so, everything else was so delightful, we would go again.
