CHIANTI AREA
The marvellous land of Chianti in Tuscany dates back to Etruscan times, for it was they who were the first habitants of Toscana and they who tore down woods to plant.


FIESOLE
A township of Florence, Fiesole is a lovely little town set in the hills at about 346 meters up, just north of Florence. Originally called Faesulae, Fiesole was an important part of the Etruscan confederacy.

IMPRUNETA
Impruneta is located about 15 kilometers south of Florence near the Chianti valley of Greve in Tuscany and is world famous for its production of terracotta thanks to the soil on which it is found.

PRATO
Located north west of Florence, Prato was inhabited as far back as the Palaeolithic period later into the Etruscan period and up to and through the Roman era.


SCARPERIA
Scarperia is located in the province of Florence in Tuscany. A very small but enchanting town, Scarperia has its share of history, monuments and events to boast about.
