The service is the hotel was so nice. They treated us as though we were the most imoortant guests they'd ever had. They truly made the trip special.

We had a quadruple room which was great. It was very large compared to rooms we had in other cities. The front desk was also very helpful. They prebooked tours for me per my request. The location was great , very close to the major attractions.

A real gem once inside. The nearby environs are not great but you are very close to the markets and the duomo. Accademia only two blocks! Good value and very helpful front desk staff.

Despite the large numbers of small/medium sized hotels in Florence, I wouldn't be looking to stop anywhere other than here on my next visit. Just how I hoped it would be.

Excellent choice for short (or longer) stay in Florence. Very good location, quiet street but close to Accedemia, only a few minutes walk to San Lorenzo, Duomo etc and surrounded by good restaurants, bars etc. Very welcoming and helpful staff, all facilities needed in room and Hotel and cool even in June heat!! Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again when returning to Florence.
