We were guests in early January and found the hotel to be ideally situated and very comfortable. The staff were excellent with their friendliness and assistance. It was the highlight of our journey to stay at the Orto De' Medici.

I had a great time at this hotel. The room was exactly as the one i saw in the pictures and the staff was nice. The hotel is a walking distance from the Dome - central but not in the crowded part of the old town - and very close to Academia Gallery. Nice restaurants in the area, all in one, a great experience!
