We work with each couple on a customized basis, determining a flat rate according to the specific services needed to design your wedding. Intimate Cerimonies
For those couples eloping or for small wedding celebrations we offer our fixed-rates for the following services within the central area of Tuscany.

Civil Ceremony only: The total fee for our professional service for the organization of your civil ceremony and legal paperwork, (For town halls within one hour of Florence) is € 600.00 (local taxes included). Town hall, consular fees, vendor fees and vendor organization are NOT included.

Catholic Ceremony with civil validity: The total fee for our professional service for the organization of your catholic ceremony with legal validity including the handling of all legal paperwork (For churches within one hour of Florence) is Euro 750.00 (local taxes included). Consulate fees, donation for the Church, English speaking celebrant, vendor fees and vendor organization are NOT included.

Protestant Ceremony without legal validity: The total fee for professional service for the organization of your protestant ceremony in the Church or outside in a private venue within one hour of Florence is Euro 750.00 (local taxes included). Church and venue fees, celebrant, vendor fees and vendor organization NOT included.

Blessing Ceremony without legal validity: The total fee for professional service for the organization of your blessing ceremony in a private venue within one hour of Florence is Euro 1,150.00 (Including celebrant fees and local taxes, NOT including ceremony venue rental, vendor fees or vendor organization.)
