We had a fantastic stay and we want to thank all staff for the hospitality we received.
The facility, room, breakfast and staff were fantastic.Special thanks to the treatment received by reception staff, especially the spanish lady.

We stayed at the Hotel Orto de Medici from 11 Feb - 14 Feb, 2010. What a beautiful place. Our room was fantastic. Very spacious, the bathroom was top notch, very roomy and clean with all the beautiful Marble. The shower was fantastic!

The breakfast buffet was delicious and wonderful for a continental breakfast.

We would recommend this hotel very highly and will certainly return here if we ever get back to Florence!

We were guests in early January and found the hotel to be ideally situated and very comfortable. The staff were excellent with their friendliness and assistance. It was the highlight of our journey to stay at the Orto De' Medici.

EXCELLENT STAY...ALTHOUGH COST OF PARKING IS HORRENDOUS.
HOTEL , SERVICE, FOOD AND STAFF WERE GREAT AS ALWAYS.
