We had a truly wonderful stay at Hotel Orto De' Medici. It was clean and very pleasant and quiet. We were treated with great courtesy. The staff was very helpful with our "local" questions and made everything quite convenient. I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Florence.

We had a super room and found all the staff very courteous. My Partner particulary liked the bathroom!

We tried to extend our stay with you but you were fully booked. The hotel we went to in the next square was of a standard far below that of Orto De Mediici and the reception there were miserable and unhelpful- the name of the hotel ended in ..ippa. The bedroom there was dark and dingy and the bathroom needed a complete makeover. Even the hair dryer was stuck together with tape. The extractor did not work either!

If only we could have stayed at your hotel.

Beautiful hotel with very helpful staff. The common lounge areas are very nice and offer a great place to sit and relax while watching TV or reading. The rooms were spacious and very clean.
