This was a delightful hotel. The room was extremely comfortable and roomy. The staff at the hotel were polite, friendly and quite knowledgeable about the city of Florence. I would definitely return to this hotel at any time.

We absolutely loved our time in Florence. Your Hotel was a pleasant surprise as we didn’t expect it to be so fresh and modern. The rooms were clean and tastefully decorated and the bathroom a delight to retreat to and run a bath after a long day walking around sightseeing. The young lady on the front desk was exceptionally polite and helpful. We loved having breakfast on the terrace. We will definitely be putting a positive review on trip advisor! A lovely hotel in a good location. We walked everywhere and found nice restaurnats, cafes, and shops nearby. We had a triple room (for my husband, daughter and me) and though it was a bit small, it was well furnished, clean, and comfortable. Very nice bathroom and plenty of storage. Staff was responsive when we had questions.

Our stay at Hotel Orto de'Medici in Florence was fabulous! We stayed there for 3 nights this July. The hotel was beautiful and the accomodations were perfect for our family. The hotel staff was friendly and professional. Our triple room was huge and we had our own private balcony overlooking Florence. The location was very close to the tourist sites and we easily walked everywhere. The breakfast was nice with seating indoors and also outdoors on a patio in the courtyard. There was also a lovely large room with a computer with Internet access and a wireless code was available if you had your own laptop. We would definitely recommend this to friends and would love to stay here again.
