Orto de Medici was a splendid surprise. Our room on the top floor was large, very attractive, quiet, and with great views. Staff were helpful, breakfast was fine, and we would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Cet hôtel est une très bonne adresse - rapport qualité prix - pour un séjour et visite de Florence. Très bien situé. Calme et sympathique. Charme. L'attention de la direction qui offre un petit livre-historique sur l'hôtel et la famille Medicis est une excellente idée très instructive. Je recommande cet hôtel et j'y retournerai lors de mon prochain séjour.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spacious and cool. The staff very friendly and helpful. The situation suited us being just 7/8 minutes walk from the Duomo and very close to Piazza S. Marco and the Accademia. Recommended.

Extremely helpful staff, good quality breakfast, centrally located. Very clean and well run. Nice to have the combination shower and a tub large enough to soak in after a long day of walking and sight seeing. Excellent resturants with in minutes of the hotel.

The Hotel was excellant and lived up to its expectations re quality and price. The staff at the desk were exceptional and very helpful. The Hotel is in a great situation, seconds from St. Mark's square and walking distance to all major sites. I would stay in the hotel again.
