Thank you for a wonderful stay in Firenze. Special thanks to Frank, and to all the staff for taking such good care of us. Our triple room was lovely, and we appreciated being able to retain it after our son left. Your hotel is in a wonderful location near San Marco square, with it's lovely Academia Restaurant, access to many buses, and helpful convenience store. We also walked ofter to the Market Centrale, and the nice restaurants surrounding the market and the Piazza San Lorenzo. My favorite area! Trains to surrounding towns in Tuscany were easy. We LOVED the double-decker tour bus; a great way to learn the town and attractions. We also enjoyed dinner and photo ops at Piazza Michelangelo; not to be missed! Thank you again.Gratzie Mil.

great hotel in a great location. breafast was awesome, rooms and public spaces were beautiful, the staff was super helpful.

This was a delightful hotel. The room was extremely comfortable and roomy. The staff at the hotel were polite, friendly and quite knowledgeable about the city of Florence. I would definitely return to this hotel at any time.

We absolutely loved our time in Florence. Your Hotel was a pleasant surprise as we didn’t expect it to be so fresh and modern. The rooms were clean and tastefully decorated and the bathroom a delight to retreat to and run a bath after a long day walking around sightseeing. The young lady on the front desk was exceptionally polite and helpful. We loved having breakfast on the terrace. We will definitely be putting a positive review on trip advisor!
