We enjoyed our stay at Orto de Medici in Firenze. Although it was very hot (38 C or 101 F) the aircondition worked quite well. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. The hotel is located 1/2 walk from the main downtown sites so bring your sneakers. Breakfast is rather poor but I believe this is what to expect in Italy.

It is just slightly off the beaten path, but very easy to get to in a car. The valet parking was a bit expensive at 22 Euros a night. The room was very nice, and breakfast was superb in a patio eating area attached to the indoor serving area. I would definitely stay there again.

Everything the review said it would be. Excellent value,beautiful Florentian decor and furnishings. Very helpful staff. this hotel could not be bettered for the price. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

The hotel was perfect in terms of location, comfort and hospitality. The service was exceptional, helping with dinner and museum reservations, car parking and gen info. We will be back.

Very nice, modern rooms, decorated with style. Excellent bathroom with good shower. Very good breakfast with good, if not great, coffee. Friendly and helpful staff. The location is close to many of the major sites and interesting in its own right. The only quibble is that it is a bit expensive, but that is expected in the center of Florence.
