Of course we accept cash payments. You can also pay in advance with a bank transfer. We're sorry but we do not accept Travelers Cheques, international checks and other currency than the Euro, not even dollars.

Is Breakfast included?
Yes, we offer our guests a lovely international breakfast buffet.

On which floor can the rooms be found?
Our rooms are distributes on 4 floors. We have an elevator to take you to all floors.

Does the hotel offer parking?
No, but there is a supervised garage near the Hotel with valet service. The cost is €24,00 per day with services included. An alternate choice is a public secured garage about 5 minutes from the Hotel at a cost of €18,00 per day.

What is the difference between the Standard and Superior Rooms?
All of our Superior Rooms have a private balcony with a magnificent view of the historical city from the top floor. The Standard rooms are however, nice lovely and spacious, but without a balcony.

Do the rooms have telephones / TV's?
Yes, all rooms have Satellite TV and phones with a direct outside line.

What other amenities are found in the rooms?
Individually regulated air conditioning and heating are included in all rooms at no extra charge. You will also find a safety deposit box with private coding, a min-fridge and bar. In the bathrooms you will find hair-dryers, soaps, shower caps, and shoe shine products.

Which languages are spoken in the Reception Area?
Italian, English, French, Spanish and some Japanese.

How far is the nearest train station?
The train station of Santa Maria Novella is only a five minute bus or taxi ride away from the Hotel. Walking takes about 10 minutes.

Which is the nearest airport / how far is it?
The airport of Peretola Firenze Peretola Amerigo Vespucci is 10 kilometers from the hotel, about 20 minutes by taxi. A taxi ride costs approximately €25 and a private chauffeur service is available on request in order to avoid long taxi lines. This service should be reserved in advance for a fee of €45 in an air conditioned car for 3 people. Shuttle bus for groups of up-to-16 people is also available..

How far is the closest bus stop from the hotel?
About 100 meters away only, in piazza San Marco where 10 different bus lines pass continuously. The historical center of Florence also provides a convenient electric bus service.

Where is it possible to rent a car?
Not far away, one can find all the major car rental agencies available, therefore making it easy to rent a car. The closest agencies are in Via Borgo Ognissanti and Via Maso Finiguerra. Our staff will be happy to help with the arrangements.

Is it possible to reserve tickets to museums and other events through the hotel?
Yes, of course. We have an authorized ticket service for national museums, like the Uffizi and Accademia. With ticket reservation can avoid the long ticket to enter.

Do you have non-smoking rooms?
Yes, all of our rooms are for non-smokers. For our smoking guests, we have a large terrace on the first floor and the balconies in the superior rooms.

Do you have rooms equipped for the disabled?
Yes, we have two rooms dedicated to our disabled guests. All of our common areas are also reachable without steps.
